Tango Camp on 7th - 8th of March, 2009

Together with the Snow Tango WC event a Tango Camp will also be organized. This camp will last for two days and will be directed by top Finnish tango instructors. Camp will include two famous tango styles: on Saturday the Finnish tango, and on Sunday the Argentinean tango.

Saturday, 7th of March: Finnish Tango

Instructors: Heidi Pohjola and Mika Niemelä
Subject: Dynamics and body awareness in tango ( teaching in finnish ! )

Participation Fees

Saturday:
Members of Hurmio (season fee paid for spring 2009) 10 euros, for others 15 euros.

Sunday:
Members of Hurmio (season fee paid for spring 2009) 15 euros, for others 20 euros.

Registration

Advance registration is not required. It is recommended to arrive to the Camp venue half an hour before the Camp program begins, to ensure that program can be started on time.

General Camp Information

Bringing your own partner is recommended, but changing of partners is also possible. You can also leave the enquiry for the partner to Pariporssi service provided by Hurmio. Camp is directed to both beginner and advanced dancers of Finnish tango; Argentinean tango will be started from the basics. On Sunday it is possible to buy lunch during the lunch break. Coffee can be bought on Saturday and Sunday.
